Gutom at Malnutrisyon Sama-sama nating Wakasan



In everyday living we live by the food we eat.But sometimes we did'nt eat plenty nutritious food  like foods that rich in vitamins,proteins,minerals because we do not have enough money to buy it. But we can eat other nutritious foods regularly.


By the food we eat our body robust and grow.The food we eat it helps our mind easier to think.It  enhance us to work more comfortable and keeps our strength more power.By easting nutritious food we can get different proteins and minerals.PROTEINS make us energetic.Proteins involve vitamin A,vitamin B1,vitamin B6,vitamin 12and other vitamins.MINERALS helps us to robust our body healthier like calcium,phosphorus,potassium and other minerals.


We can avoid this through our self  by disciplining our self not to eat junk foods and other foods that affects our healthy lifestyle.Lets support one another by helping each other........
